FRU for sticker on outside of unit for 4 LEDs

Does anyone know? IBM sent me the stickers for the inside of the unit and can't figure out the FRU for the sticker on the outside which fell off.

Did you guys lose the sticker? If not, is there something wrong with super glue? I've heard many reports of this sticker falling off, and luckily I haven't had that problem yet. Do you think I should preemtively remove it and superglue it back on just to make sure I never lose it?

I tried calling 800 IBM SERV (tech support) to get the number and someone was supposed to call me back but never did.

Could one of you try this time and if you don't get any success, call IBM HQ Executive Offices (411 in Armonk, NY) to get us the FRU so that all have it in the future?
