Problem with bootable UFD-based recovery PE for WinXP

HI All it is my first post on this forum.
I have my X60s since two weeks.
I was trying make bootable USB pendrive. Going to FAQ: Implementation of a bootable UFD-based recovery PE for WinXP

After creating pendrive according FAQ when boot have error:
INF file txtsetup.sif is corrupt or missing, status 18

What is wrong?

I managed to create a bootable pendrive.
It has Hiren's Boot cd and Acronis True Image workstation in dual boot mode.
