my horrible experience so far....

I ordered on the 18th of September
Lenovo initialy gave the shipdate of the 9th of October, and to someone who thought most laptops get delivered within two weeks, that's a long @$$ time...
so the 9th comes around, shipdate gets updated to the 30th of October
So I called, Lenovo said they're sorry, but demand is high. I'm sure I'm not the only person who saw PC Mag give the x60 Tablet the highest overall rating, so I guess that made sense. The rep, sounding somewhat clueless, said he doesn't have the actual status on the laptop, but will have someone call me back in a couple of days - didn't happen.
So I called on the following weekend, spoke to another rep, demanded the actual status of my order, and argued that I felt I should be entitled to the 20% discount instead of the 15% I got at checkout. The guy said he's very very sorry, and that they can give me the 20% off, but I will have to call back during regular business days since their customer service center is closed.

I called them back two days later, and was informed that it WILL be shipped on the 25th of October, and when asked about the 20%, the guy said I had to E-mail him the coupon code for him to verify before "price matching" is possible. He said he will either E-mail, or call me to confirm the 20% off, which of course, neither happened.
Since they don't charge my CC until they ship it out, I figured I'll wait until they ship to check the 20% off.
So as promised, it was shipped on the 25th, and I got my tracking number on the 26th. And here I'm thinking, [censored] thing has finally shipped, all is well right? it gets even better...
UPS website indicated it's to be delivered on the 29th, Monday. 1st delivery attempt failed, no one home, tag left on door, package cycled back to the facility. I figured I'll just run home, grab the slip, and then pick it up no problem. I called UPS to check if the package is available for pickup back at their facility, guy who answered the phone said he can't confirm, but will give me a call within the hour. I get a call back saying that the package has the cycled back into the facility, can't be located at the time, but he will put in a note to hold it from being delivered so I can pick it up the next day. Alright, fine, I've waiting over a month now, just another day, not gonna kill me.
So this morning, I got to work, checked the UPS tracking site, and here's what I see:

WTF?????
Called UPS, they told me that per Lenovo, package is ONLY allowed for deliver, no pickups permitted, and when a request for pickup is submitted, or any change to delivery is made, the package is automatically sent back to Lenovo.
I was told I've got to call Lenovo to straighten this out if I want the package back.
So I just got off the call with Lenovo's customer service, their systems are currently down, can't track my order status, wonderful. Said he'll call me back. I can only hope that happens before that package is put on a plane back to Shanghai.
maybe I'll have better luck calling my relatives in Shanghai to wait at the airport to pick it up for me....
ME WANT ME LAPPY BACK!!!
