Bluetooth problem

I've X60s model 1704-5LG, when I've installed 512MB memory expansion and 8-cell battery, at next boot Bluetooth remain disabled (as if it was disabled from BIOS).
I've removed memory and battery one at a time but nothing have changed; I also have disabled and then re-enabled Bluetooth from BIOS and again no change. Re-installed memory expansion and 8-cell battery, again the same.
No errors in XP Device Manager. With Fn-F5 there is a command in the window for Bluetooth but it is not functional. In every place the answer from System is: Bluetooth is not enabled.
Can someone help me?
Thank you.

Try upgrading/updating all the drivers, especially the Bluetooth ones. I've had the same problem, BT not working. After i installed all the updates, removed BT drivers and installed them agian, it worked. At least for me.

Cheers

Nothing to do! Always the same problem, as it was dead...
For now I'm working with a Sitecom CN-521, that's also a 100 m device, and permits me to connect in every place in my house.
I think I'll hope for future releases about Bluetooth, many times strange problems appear from nothing and then disappear in the nothing...
Thank you the same.
