Totally wided X60 Drive needs ALL software restored

I have an X60 that all the data on the HDD is wiped and I am trying to rebuild the service (Rescue and Recovery) partition. I have a R&R DVD I built from my T60 R&R program.

When I boot from the X60 with it, it loads and I select the complete install. It says it is good to go but when I reboot without the CD, Imagebuilds starts to run and then bombs with a no IUWORK error.

Any clue on what is going on and how to fix?

Actually you need a boot CD and a data DVD, hopefully you have both.

Try to delete all partitions (no format!) before running the disks. The t60 disks should work, you may need to run the software installer afterwards to download the appropriate drivers.
