Battery error is detected.

I'm getting messages in my "Message Center" saying that a "battery error is detected".

The laptop seems to run fine. Should I be concerned?

Yes, you should be concerned. I would contact Lenovo support to ask for help.

I just got this error, too. but on a Z60t.

I recently got this error too. I also recently just updated the software on the machine (except anything dealing with bios)

BTW, power manager states that my batteries are in 'Good Condition'

If anyone gets a good answer from Lenovo or elsewhere please post it here. I called them once and they said they didnt know why it was giving that message but I should not be concerned.

I used both batteries today and got the same amount of time. I am not sure it is an error on the part of the battery, but the 'Productivity Center" upgrade.
