Jumbo Frame support

I have a thinkpad x60s with an Intel PRO/1000 PL ethernet network adaptor.
Does anyone know if this network adaptor supports Jumbo frames?

Under device manager when I select the card and click on advanced I cannot find a tab for setting Jumbo frame support.

Online documentation is spotty and I am wondering if I need to find a different driver (currently using version 9.2.32.0)
thanks jz

I know it does not support it - not sure if this could be resolved with other drivers, i would imagine it is a firmware thing

I think it may be a driver issue- look here
On the page (translated from chinese) it states:

Code: Select all

Driving the latest 10.4 version is updated as follows : 1. Increase of Intel (R) PRO/1000 GT Quad Port Server NIC support. 2. Intel (R) PRO/1000 PL joined the network of giant frame (Jumbo Frames) function support.
I might give that driver a go if I feel lucky
