Battery Charging Question

My "battery icon" - the one on the bottom of the lid frame/next to the charger plug icon, blinks constantly orange. This is my fourth ThinkPad, so I know what this icon is for and how it works.

My question/problem is: This is a new X60s and I charged the battery when I received it and after a while the battery went to 100% charged. Then I shut the unit down. Then a few hours later I turned the unit on (still on A/C) and the battery charging Icon is now blinking orange like it is charging, but the battery is fully charged. Anyone have an idea why the charged/charging icon is still blinking orange? :?:

recalibrate (run your machine on battery until it fully discharges the battery, then fully recharge it)

Well, I was hoping you would respond to my question because I figgered you were knowledgeable in this area. Will do. Thanks.

And no news is good news. However, if that does not work . . . . . . . . . . . you'll be hearing from me.
