Can anyone post the change log? Lenevo's site seems to be down at the moment.

or later version from 7BET50WW/1.08(or older version), if the BIOS supervisor
password is set at BIOS update.
Note that this problem does not occur, once the system booted with BIOS
7BETB9WW or later version. If your X60 runs without problems after installing
7BETC2WW/2.03, no need to update to 7B9ETC3WW/2.04.

Tried it today. No visible improvement. Rather, power consumption on batteries seems to be slightly increased by ~0.3-0.5 W. Will check it out tomorrow for "standby glitch" then will decide if I want to stay with it.
According to IBM/Lenovo support page, versions 2.0x have not been published until 2.04. I guess they were custom made for Core 2 Duo x60 machines and as such, may not even address some issues with previous 1.xx BIOS versions at all.

What is the actual power consumption you're seeing with the old/new BIOS versions?

BIOS 1.11

Some people here have reported, though, that the latter was supposedly fixed by the new WiFi driver. I have not had a chance to veryfy it yet.
To sum up, I could not come up with a reason for staying with BIOS 2.04, so I calmly reverted back to 1.11.
