how to claim the hidden partion on X60S (EISA configuration)

I do not like any hidden partition as I rarely do re-installation. Usually it is pretty easy to claim this partition. But on my X60S, I can only see it as FAT32 and EISA configuration. When I right click this partition, there is only "help" option.

Anybody know how to claim this partition? Space is not a concern. I just do not like this partition at all.
