Middle-button scrolling in iTunes?

So, does anyone know how to enable middle-button scrolling in iTunes? It is an amazing feature and it seems like iTunes is the only place so far I have encountered where it doesn't work.

I've also recently noticed it doesn't work in some parts of Office 2007.

I don't have Office 2007 but I did recent read a thread explaining how to fix that.
