Client Security Solution trouble in Vista

I have Vista Business 32bits on my X60s and try to install the new Client Security Solution for Vista.
I get trouble saying: "Cannot enroll user. Security chip has been cleared. "

I also, bcoz of this have big trouble with the new Fingerprint Software for Vista. Cannot get the login to Vista via Fingerprint to work.

Anybody has the same troubles? Any clues for a solution?
