Update BIOS to enable Virtualization

my L2400 cpu shown that it is virtualization capable.

shall i update my BIOS to the ver. 2.06.
Don't know what benefit i could get from it...

You only benefit from virtualization when running multiple operating-systems at the same time with software like VMWare. If you don't you have no need for it at all.

the 2.06 bios is also Vista compatible. so if you are upgrade to windows vista, i guess you should upgrade to this new firmware.
