Are there any service repair stations in the United States?

Are there any service repair stations in the United States?

Has anyone had to service their tablet, with ibm/lenovo service repair station.(having them pick it up, and repairing it)

How long did it take?

This is a 4177-L55 with an unknown password on it. You can bypass the pw prompt and get into the BIOS but many of the settings have been disabled and...
