Tips to install Vista Business Express Upgrade - X60 Tablet?

Hi -
I have an X60 Tablet that came installed with XP Tablet.
I just received the official "Windows Vista Business Express Upgrade" disc from moduslink - Lenovo Part Number 42Y7111. It reads "For use only as an upgrade to a qualifying Lenovo PC.", but doesn't address the X60 Tablet in particular.
Before I try and install, I wanted to see if anyone has had any experience with this specific install using this disc (versus, say, a standard retail copy of Vista), and I have a few questions:
1) After install, will it be fully functioning, or will I have to update any drivers, software, etc.?
2) I plan to wipe the hard drive and do a clean install (which I believe can be done if one installs Vista twice - the first time without entering the Product Key, and the second with the Product Key). Is this right?
3) Will the ThinkVantage backup partition and functions be installed or do I have to do that manually?
Thanks in advance for any tips/thoughts.
