ThinkVantage and Login issues...HELP

First, when the system starts and says I can interrupt startup by hitting the ThinkVantage button, nothing happens when I press or even press and hold that blue button.

Also, I have only one account on the computer, "Buddy Dillenberg". I have it set as the administrator on the computer. However, when I start my system, before the fingerprint login comes up, two different boxes come up one after the other that only give me the option for Administrator. The first of these boxes on has the username box with Administrator filled in. The next box has Administrator set as the username and has an empty password box. When I use my "Buddy Dillenberg" password, the computer says that it is invalid. After hitting cancel a few times, the fingerprint scan comes up and I can get into the system. How can I fix this? Thanks.
