I called them up again and they have both services available on the
ThinkPad X60 1709CTO (ThinkPad X60 with Mobile Broadband).
Its basically the same computer but with a faster processor (Intel® Core™ 2 Duo T7200 (2.0GHz, 4MB L2, 667MHz FSB)).
Integrated Wireless WAN: Verizon Sierra CDMA2000
Verizon Wireless Data Service: Lenovo customers will be contacted after purchase to activate Verizon service.
