Should I stay at 1.10 or update?
Thanks a lot.

The X60/X60s BIOS 2.10 works perfectly. Yet if your machine "ain't broken", then there is probably little reason to do a BIOS update. For most people, prudence in this regard is more beneficial than the new features of the update.

This one seems to be given a higher level of importance, so I'm going to install it. Lenovo describes it as containing a "critical processor microcode update."

I just updated to this latest release and everything went perfect. I didn't notice anything special

...but as far as it was critical I thought was better to upgrade

Tried it, and it works to resolve the issue where the CPU speed went down during the charging of a battery.

Take a look at this thread for those who are interested:

You won't notice this drop in speed unless you're running some CPU speed monitoring software like CPU-Z alongside the discharge/charging process.
