Is it possible to specify a different DPI setting for the internal and external monitor on an X60s with an Intel GMA 950? The external display is connected to the X6 UltraBase. I would like to set the internal display to 106 dpi and the external display to 86 dpi. Here is what I tried:
- In Display Properties, I selected display 2 and went to Advanced Settings.
- In the General tab, I changed the DPI setting to 90% of normal size, or 86 dpi.
When I did this, the DPI setting on the internal ThinkPad display changed too, so I went back to 106 dpi. I found no way to change the DPI setting in the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for Mobile tool. What else can I try?
Different DPI on external monitor?
