Which is the best RAM for 4GB?

I'm looking to get 4GB of RAM for my X61T. Do you guys know if I should get buffered, ECC, etc.? Is there a brand that I would avoid? What is a really good brand when it comes to RAM?

No, you do not need either buffered or ECC RAM for your notebook.

Some good brands: Crucial, Corsair, Kingston, and OCZ.
