X60s w/3GB or X61s w/2GB

I have an order pending for an X60s w/3GB of RAM (L2400). I just looked at the prices, and for the same price I can get an X61s w/2GB of RAM and 1GB of "Turbo Memory" (L7500).

What do y'all think?

I need this machine by 8/10, latest. As it is, I've been waiting for the X60s for over a month and the latest ship date is 6/23. Will I get the X61s by 8/10?

I would get the Second setup with the 2GB of ram. The 7500 will offer 4MB of L2 cache versus 2MB. Big deal if you ask me. 3GB is overkill on a machine like this I think.
