Black frame around monitor coming unglued

I have a 3-4 week old X60 tablet and I've noticed that the black frame around the screen near the bottom is lifting up. It's the part down where the buttons and lights are, but near the middle. I can see glue that's coming apart when I look inside the gap it makes and I can press it back down and have it stay down for a few minutes before it pops up again.

Is this normal? Is there something I can do to keep it down? It seems lame that they glued it down instead of screwing it in place. This isn't really worth trying to RMA it to me unless it somehow gets a lot worse.

Wouldn't that void the warranty (If any)? The unit may already be defective with excessive heat, improper installation. The plastic/material warp.

I would RMA it ASAP.
