Have an amaging ordering story and quick question for Table 61x owners

1st I ordered my Table 61x with the below specs on 6/20/2007 and just confirmation that the tablet has been shipped out to me today 6/22/2007. They gave me a date on their website of 8/7/2007. Amazing!


2nd I made a minor misteak and did not have time to correct it due to Lenovo's rapid shipment of the unit. I ordered the Cingular WANN option instead of the Verizon one. My quesiton is there a way I can change this once I recieve the unit or it is something that I will be stuck with? I is a big deal? Should I worry?

Also, whats the difference between 61x vs 61t series, Iam confused.

1st off, congrats on your purchase. 2nd, HEY! I'm still waiting and I ordered mine in early June! Okay, slightly different config...but still!

X series = Ultralight series
T series = Thin and Light

Other than that, I think you're confusing yourself by putting the "x" and "t" after the "61." Current versions of the X series are:
X61 - full speed CPUs
X61s - lighter and low voltage CPUs
X61 Tablet - convertible tablet

You can switch out the WWAN chip. Search the forums.
