Stuck with NationalAccess only after getting EVDO Rev. A

Ok, I got my X61t, activated with Verizon, everything was working fine. I connect to BroadbandAccess and was getting 2Mbps and then I decided to tweak my TCP settings by using TCP Optimizer. Rebooted and it now will only connect to NationalAccess. After that, I restored a backup of my original configuration and it still will only connect with NationalAccess.
I called Verizon and spoke with the tech and he couldn't figure out why I was now only getting NationalAccess only. I've tried everything, reinstalling drivers, reactivating, all settings are back to default, sitting in the same exact location, my Motorola Q is getting EVDO, but the Sierra card will only connect to NationalAccess.
Do any of you guys have any ideas? Is it possible that I broke the card somehow by setting the TCP too high? I can't image that that would happen. I'm thinking it triggered something on Verizon's end that locked me into NationalAccess only. What do you guys think? Any suggestions?
