Power Manager, Scheme Name = Blank, not possible to create

I installed and uninstalled many times, but always the Schemes are blank, I try to create a new one, but it appears to save correctly then nonthing, any idea ?, thanks

You do not have the issue with the arrow as reported in this thread do you?

No, I see the info below the arrow, my case all the schemes are blank
