turn off notebook lights

#1 Post by funkyblue » Mon Jul 16, 2007 6:58 am

Hello,
I am wondering if there is a way to turn off the lights for Bluetooth/HDD/WWAN etc from my Thinkpad X60?

HDD/Bluetooth are annoying are they always flash. I have a X60.

Cheers

There isn't a software way. One idea I have is to "paint" the inside of the clear plate black using a Sharpie.

I share the same feeling. On my T42, only power/battery light is on as the WLAN card is not made by IBM. It's great since I don't need the indicator.
