Hi

Has anyone tried to order a x61s CTO (customized on the website of lenovo) with additional international warranty? Is this possible?

You can't add international warranty as an extra item -- you can only extend whatever warranty the unit had. And the 7668 does not include international warranty.

Not really. International warranties have always been only on specific models, even with IBM.
