SDHC on X61/XP

Just want to clarify whether the X61's SD reader does work with 4GB+ SDHC cards or not in XP. A couple people on the forum have reported success under Vista, but I've only got XP, so that's not a solution. Thanks.

You need the SDHC hotfix from Microsoft:

I would be curious on whether the hotfix actually makes SDHC work in XP.

If you want the hotfix from Microsoft directly, you need to contact their support and request it -- they have not made it publicly available.

Saw that already, thanks. What's funny is they say on the page to scroll down for download instructions, but there aren't any.
Oh well, it's hardly urgent as my SanDisk reader is working fine.
