Ownership Warranty Question

Hey all,

Finally getting around to ordering the X61T, figured I would take advantage of the back to school deal offered in the states. However, being from Canada its only on select models and not on any of the ones I want.

Basically, I plan on having my cousins order for me who live in the states and ship it up here to Canada, but I am wondering if the warranty will be voided or non transferable once I posses ownership? Or if it will be fine?
