Dual boot XP and Vista

#1 Post by midiman » Fri Aug 03, 2007 1:38 am

In light of the differing views expressed on the desirability of Vista vs. XP for an X6x Series computer, has anyone set up a dual boot, with XP installed in one partition and Vista in another? If so, how easy was it to install and what has your experience been? Thanks.

I've installed XP dual boot numerous time as well as Vista a few times. I've never dual-booted both XP and Vista but I would expect it to be no harder than setting up dual-booting for any other OS.

I installed XP first. It seemed to work fine for me.

Install XP first and Vista second. It will provide you with a menu at boot-up to decide which one you want.
