Why doesn't my entended warranty show up on lenovo site?

Hmmm...

I just went to see my warranty info on lenovo's site http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... -WARNTY#sw
and it only shows expiration being one year from now, despite the fact that I purchased the 4 year depot warranty service... I clearly says:

"This product has a one year limited warranty and is entitled to IBM EZServ service. Customers may call their local service center for more information. Dealers may provide carry-in repair for this product."

here's a picture of my order confirmation: img]http://image.bayimg.com/dafdeaabg.jpg[/img]

Anyone know why this would be?

I think it happens pretty frequently. It happened to me, and I've read about it happening to others. I don't know why. You should call them to get it corrected. Better to do it now, rather than later when you have a problem.

That also happened to me too! I called IBM first and they told me to call Lenovo to straighten it out. The order for my extended 3 yr upgrade had indeed been attached at the factory, but it's always good to make sure! After all you paid for it, might as well make sure it's there!

it takes about 2-3 weeks to show up online, just wait a little bit and you will see...

It may not. Three months after I received my X60, the warranty still had not shown up. I'd call them anyway.

I was also told that it would take 2-3 weeks but didn't happen after over a month so I called order support number today. The guy apologized and said that he is sending an email to correct the mistake. This appears to be a common problem.
