New Intel 6.14.10.4860 Video Drivers Cause BSOD

I just installed the latest 6.14.10.4860 video drivers posted on Lenovo's website for the Intel 945 chipset. As soon as I rebooted to complete the installation, I blue screened. It repeated on each reboot until I booted into safe mode and did a system restore. If anyone has better luck, I'd like to hear about it.
