Fingerprint Login to Web Sites

I have found bits and pieces about this on the forums but haven't found an answer to my problem. I have an x60s running CSS 8.00.0115.00, PM 2.1.0, and TFS 5.6.1. I am running Vista Business and IE7. I log onto my machine using the fingerprint identification software, but it doesn't work with my web pages. It used to, but when I updated all Lenovo software on my machine it stopped working with web pages. I tried reinstalling CSS, TFS and PM, but no change. I checked and all of my password info is still in PM. When I go to a web page with a login nothing happens - it's like the software does not recognize the page.

Anyone else have this problem, or better yet, a solution?

Thanks.

So, I also have a quick question.
Is it possible in XP to login to websites via the fingerprint reader?
I know HP offers this option, but I never received an X61s with XP Pro yet (However... I will very soon)

So, can someone tell me? Third-party software is allowed.
Mainly I need to access .htaccess and normal web input (webmail i.a.) forms.

To use the fingerprint reader to log in to web sites you need to install the ThinkVantage Client Security Solution. I have no experience with it personally.
