I was messing around with the drivers trying to see if i could force it to use the drivers it uses when there is an error and the wacom drivers don't load. Nothing worked so far, but now I can't open up a plethora of programs, such as paint.net, windows journal, and sticky notes. One note has also stopped working properly. To top it off, the text input doesn't even pop out anymore. Agh! Please tell me theres some way to fix this besides reseting my comp to factory default?

Boot up in Windows SAFE MODE (F8 at beginning of boot sequence) and revert back to an earlier time with Windows System Restore. Look for System Restore in Help and Support off of the Start button.

Well I decided not back up my hard drive because of the giant amount of space it took.

Is there any other way? Perhaps some way to back up my files, but not my settings, so I could restore to the factory state and then restore the files?
