x61 tablet bezel

what is the latest on this issue? mine is starting also. called the idiots at lenovo....they knew nothing except how to send you a box. I am 5 days after the 21 day return, what would you guys recomment....waiting until they get it resolved??? im thinking about selling it at a loss and getting a T61 seriously
