The program WISPTIS.EXE, that vista runs automatically on start up, is failing to start. It is used to sense pen use for tablets, and I can get it to run after it fails to start, but it still doesn't work. I was messing around with the drivers before when this problem occurred, but after not being able to find a solution I decided to reformat my hard drive. Now after about a week, it has just started happening again.
Any advice is welcome!
