Whenever I am not in Tablet mode, just typing, after about an hour, the Input Panel pops up automatically. The only way to get rid of it is to go into the input panel options and remove it. However, when I switch to tablet mode, the input panel does not pop up and when I change the settings back, I have to reboot my computer entirely to make it work!!
By input panel, I don't mean the whole thing at the bottom of the screen where it is docked, but the small icon that floats when you put your pen in an area that you can enter text. My pen is in the slot in my computer so it's never out interfering. Anyone else have this happen and have a fix?
I would prefer to have that little floating box just pop up when in tablet mode, and one would think that this would be possible.
Why does input panel keep opening automatically?
