Searched everyewhere.
I have my X61s on the way also and I bought a waterfield sleeve/bag (I got it with a flap, suspension strap, and piggy back).

This thing is the best carrier for a laptop I have ever seen. It is really well manufactured (in California no less) and is not going to fall apart.

I would be happy to post some pics when I get my computer tomorrow and make sure the fit is as great as the bag.

93.00 USD is not cheap by any means but I consider it an investment, I know my Thinkpad is going to be safe and well protected from the elements. The company is great, the sales people really friendly, even a hand written note on the invoice. I emailed telling them how satisfied I was and how I had not had such a great purchasing experience in a long while. Sorry if this seems preachy, I am not affiliated with the company I just really like my bag.

OK, if you think your new Thinkpad has a sense of humor, here's the sleeve I bought for my x61t. It's at http://barrysfarm.net for $50. But, if you're all serious and stuff....

Please post pics.
Thanks.
Hey mod-all those links are great-but I am looking for the x61s with 8cell, not the
1.x60
2.x60t
3.x61 4 cell
4.x61t
Just wanted a specific user response.
Thank you for your help though.

That bag is the EXACT bag that I bought, but I got the mamba combo which gives you the sleeve that has a neopreen inside and fits the 8 cell like a glove. You need to look at their sizing chart and make sure you pick the right one.

I have been complimented over and over again on this bag, and I've only had it for 3 weeks. Yes, it was expensive (about $240 in total for everything...bag, sleeve, additional pouch for cables, parachute buckle instead of airplane seat buckle) but I'm telling you the quality of the bag is like nothing else.

Their customer service is the best I have ever seen...the girls that helped me were friendly, knowledgeable, and directed me to the exact type of bag and fit that I would need. I'd make the investment in the bag because you will not be disappointed.

Man that is alot of money. We huff and puff and try to save $50 with a coupon and then go and buy that beautiful bag. I have to digest that one for awhile.

Great piece of equipment.

I use a Zeroshock III (12.1" size) case with my X60s + 8-cell battery. It fits perfectly.

I got mine from eBay, there was a seller in Japan that had the whole range (sizes/colours).

That cookie monster sleeve is cool! :D

Could you post one or two photos, on how your X60s with 8-cell fits into a 12.1" ZeroShock III?

Because I couldn't fit a X41T with 8-cell into a 12.1" ZeroShock II - The battery sticks out.

Thanks in advance.
