Is there a way to connect a 2560 x 1600 (WQXGA) display to an X61?

The linked announcement is more than 3/4 years old and it is questionable, if it will be actually available for the retail-market.

Max resolution of the X6x Intel GMA X3100 graphics is regular QXGA 2048x1536, no WQXGA.
