Unknown device

After I installed XP, I see one Unknown device in the Device Manager. Below are the details for it:

Device ID:
ACPI\ATM1200\4&374CCB25&0

Hardware IDs:
ACPI\ATM1200
*ATM1200

Does anybody know what device it is and what driver I need to for it?
