x61 demo issues

have a demo x61 (7673-74u) prebuilt with xp. i did the f11 clean install just to overwrite the demo build. came up ok, windows updates ok, think pads updates after the last of them and manually installing access connections latest yesterday (first build) got rdbss crash, today after another rebuild got issues with the tvt programs, would not run system update or productivity center and also wdf01000.sys error, anyone have anything like this.. didn't even get to other software yet.. (just skype and adobe reader 8.1.1.. thanks for any info

Go to Event Viewer to see what's causing the problem:

Right click on My computer > Manage > System Tools > Event Viewer.
