Verified SD Cards for Vista ReadyBoost X61
Very confusing topic.
What SD cards are known to work for ReadyBoost on an X61. I have 3GB of RAM.

I'm just using a 1GB SanDisk SD card.
My system has 4GB of RAM, and I've never noticed a speed/performance increase with Readyboost. I'm thinking it's one of those "do nothing Vista features"
I've used it on multiple systems with RAM as low as 512MB and I've noticed no difference on any of them.

yes, the 9mm SSD fits in the X220

with 4GB system ram, you'll probably never notice a difference when using readyboost since vista will prioritize system memory over removable devices.iamdmc wrote:My system has 4GB of RAM, and I've never noticed a speed/performance increase with Readyboost.
