How to increase brightness of Tablet when on battery?

#1 Post by nikemen » Thu Dec 06, 2007 12:50 pm

So, when I unplug my tablet from AM, the brightness goes down a couple notches, which I don't like. I find the brigthness at full in some lighting situations, JUST a bit too thin.

Historically, there was a setting in the Thinkpad configuration utility that allowed an OVERIDE to NORMAL brightness settings, which could get the brightness back up to "11" so to say, but I cannot find that in VISTA or anywhere else in the Thinkvantage settings.

Is there still a setting and a way to do that today?
