International Warranty not up-to-date for the X61?

I saw they put up new X61 models on the Canadian Lenovo site. The 7675-93U, it used to be only available in the Lenovo US, but now it is available via Lenovo Canada.

Questions:

I notice they didn't update the International Warranty for the 7675 to include Canada. I assume I'm covered and it will be updated?

In the meantime, I wanted to buy the extended 3 year warranty and not able to. Can I buy the X61 now (I can't wait for them to update the site) and buy the exntended warranty at a later time when the Canadian site is updated?

I'm pretty sure you can buy the updated warranty/extended warranty whenever. Just ask when you place your order.
As per the international warranty issue, once again, when placing your order I would just inquire about that.
By the way, check out www.visaperks.ca and look at the Lenovo offerings, I got mine through them, and saved a bunch of money (although the site hasn't been updated I don't think to match the regular Lenovo Canada site).
