Can't Order X61 or X61s With Verizon EVDO

Was trying to price an X61 directly thru Lenvo's website today and the only Broadband WWAN option was the Cingular offering. The Verizon choice was not there. Anyone know why that may be?

You can call 1-866-96-THINK to get it configured with Verizon WWAN.

Thanks, I'm aware of that, but the question remains, why can't I do this online?
I ordered an X61s the week before with Verizon, why is that option gone today? It doesn't make sense.
I'm sure that Lenovo has a business agreement in place with Verizon to offer its integrated WWAN card in its Thinkpad line, but signs like this usually means that either the upgrade is backordered from the OEM for whatever reason, or a new hardware upgrade version is on its way (Rev. A?), or Lenovo's deal with Verizon has expired and they are re-negotiating future sales/activation revenue models. One could also consider that maybe the other CDMA EVDO carrier Sprint may be coming on board and Lenovo is dumping Verizon in favor of Sprint.
You never know, money talks.

Guess now the option the order an X61s with Verizon EVDO is available online again. However it says that adding this option to your order will delay your order 3-4 weeks. So it would appear that the mini-pci Verizon card is behind the delay in my current X61s orders.
