Unknown software for BIOS on Lenovo Website

On Lenovo website ( http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... MIGR-67971 ) I have found BIOS settings software for windows and BIOS capture/playback.

Could anyone tell me what are these software and do I need to install it?

Its software for the Admin-level management of BIOS updates across a fleet of Thinkpads in a corporate user environment.

It has no practical application in an individual end-user environment, so you don't need to do anything with it.
