I recently upgraded from an x60s to an x60 tablet and tried to upgrade from the the xp tablet OS to the business express upgrade using the the original lenovo upgrade disc. I have completely restored the old old x60s to the orig xp pro partition and license. the question is now if I can apply the upgrade to my x60 tablet , I have kept the Orig CD and COA sticker, but microsoft keeps indicating product is used and has exceeded the license limitations of the disc.But since I reverted the old laptop to the orig xp pro , dont I qualify to use this disc for the tablet. TIA for any suggestions

I always thought for these 'express upgrade' issues, the 'code' you need lies embedded in the system, and you have to search for it. I.e. its not the one thats on the box. I'll try to look for the website where I read the process on how to obtain the other code.
