Unlock a MC8775 Cingular

Hello,
I'm a european user of a X61T ! I would like to add a WWAN module but like you know it's very difficult to get one !
I've found a supplier for a FRU 42T0933 at a good price but it's lock to Cingular ! The supplier says that he can't unlock it ...
I'm trying to find the right number email/services to contact to unlock it !
I think it's impossible to get the unlock code by cingular because they ask a utilisation of their network ... and i'm in europe !
So i'm looking for an unlock webiste or lenovo self ..
Since the MC8775 is the same that the one in a AT&T 875U usb modem i've tried to get code like that but the unlock website said that they can't have an unlock code with the IMEI provided !
