Docked AC Not Going to Sleep on Thinkpad Default

X61 running XP Pro. I keep my machine docked at night, and assumed that the machine when running on the Thinkpad would go to sleep as specified in the power scheme, but no go.

I realizes that there may be some app/service that is making the machine think it's not idle...

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?

I have this exact same problem. It wont hibernate either, it did this straight out of the box.. any ideas? its also a docked w/out battery x61 xp pro.
