Is there a how to guide for using a tablet PC?

Hello there,
This may be a very basic question, but is there a good how to guide for using the tablet and pen functions on the x61T?
I just got an x61 tablet for my wife, who was excited about the ability to use a pen for text input instead of the keyboard. Now that she has the laptop she wants to know if there are any good tutorials for getting started. She will be using Office 2003 for most of her work, and also has a copy of OneNote 2007.
I have downloaded some review videos from the gottabemobile.com web site that cover the basics of the x61's function buttons and how the media slice works, but something similar that covers basic inking functions would be greatly appreaciated.
Any suggestions are welcome.
